Ashton Brooks on "Midwest Work Ethic, Cross-Country Career Moves, and the Importance of being Scrappy"
In the spirit of highlighting inspirational and thought-provoking content, I am excited to share my conversation with Ashton Brooks, co-founder and owner of Staywood Design, an architectural design-build firm that specializes in financial institutions.

I’ve known Ashton since my sophomore year of college when we met through our business fraternity at Miami of Ohio. Ashton exudes energy and curiosity, and her problem-solving skills at all areas of life put me to shame. While we've been friends for years, during our interview I learned a lot about her life growing up as well as the events and people that put her on the career path she has today.

In this podcast, Ashton shares her perspective on business school and how she balanced a rigorous MBA program while working full-time as well as lessons learned about culture, startups, and launching new products based on her experiences at a leading advertising agency and several consumer products organizations.
